A windows reinstallation removes all viruses bugs spyware & other nasties from your computer, but it also removes your programs & settings that you have added since you purchased the PC. Reinstallation will only be carried out by myself providing you have eight er A restore partition on your PC or a genuine copy of windows including the licence.

If i can fix it on the premises I charge just £25.00 for however long it takes, Sometimes the computer may need some work that can only be carried out in my workshop if so the charge is £30.00, this is just an extra £5.00 to cover fuel. If I cannot fix it of course you will pay nothing at all & I will put you in direct contact with someone who will be able to help.

Do you have files or photos on a dead PC! It may be possible to rescue them & put them onto a blank CD or DVD £25.00 In house or £30 if taken to my workshop
